Welcome to the Embry-Riddle Mail Center on the Prescott Campus
The Mail Center offers a convenient, on-campus location where students, faculty, and staff can ship packages, purchase stamps and pre-stamped envelopes.
All Embry‑Riddle students living on campus are provided a free mailbox to receive personal and University mail.
Packages are processed when received from carriers throughout the day. Once a student receives an email from the Mail Center, they can come in to pick up their packages. Incoming mail is distributed to mailboxes by 4 p.m. The Mailroom will sign for all packages that require a signature.
Student mailboxes are assigned 3 weeks prior to the start of the semester. Once you have received your mailbox assignment you can send items to the university.

Mail Center Guidelines
Deliveries from Instacart, DoorDash, Walmart (same day delivery), etc., must go to your dorm, not the Mail Center.
Mailbox keys are
required to check mail;
Eagle Card
is required to pick up packages.
Check your mailbox daily.
We accept all carriers for deliveries; you’ll get an email, from the mail center when a package is ready—
wait for the email before coming in
.
Pick up packages within
30 days
(oversized or perishable items within
3 days
) or they’ll be returned to the sender.
Only items addressed to
you
will be accepted.
No deliveries requiring passcodes, passwords, or OTPs—these will be refused.
Lost key replacement:
$12
. Failure to return key when graduating, withdrawing, or moving off campus:
$50
.
Incoming packages are usually ready within
2 hours
of arrival. Again, wait for the Mail Centers email.
Services
We use USPS and FedEx to ship and can accept prepaid UPS shipments. There are flat-rate priority boxes for use.
Payments: Eagle Card, debit, credit, or mobile pay.
Outgoing Mail Deadlines:
FedEx: 1 p.m.
UPS: 1 p.m.
USPS: 2 p.m.
Mail Forwarding
Graduating, Withdrawing, Moving off campus? Submit a forwarding request in
ERNIE
(Departments → Postal Services → Prescott Campus → Forward My Postal Mail).
USPS mail forwarded for
60 days
within the U.S. only.
No winter break forwarding.
Temporary forwarding is available for summer.
