If no Social Security number, leave the field blank.
Academic Credentials
Provide evidence of a minimum 2.5 CGPA out of a 4.0 scale.
Submit official international transcripts.
For U.S. undergraduate coursework, provide official transcripts.
English Proficiency
Submit official test scores demonstrating English proficiency.
Minimum scores: Varies by program; typically TOEFL – 80, IELTS – 6.5.
Passport and Other Documentation
Submit a scanned copy of the passport photo page.
Provide U.S. visa, both sides of I-94, and current I-20 (if applicable).
