The time when the certificate can be printed varies depending on the payment time.
Payment made before Bank business hours: Can be printed after 20:00 on the same day
Payment after Bank business hours: Available for printing after 20:00 the following day
Tuition refund
Target: Withdrawal from Admissions, Voluntary Withdrawal
In case of Academic Leave of Absence : Tuition is non-refundable and carried over to the Academic Year・Semester of Academic Return .
However, for Students exceeding the standard Undergraduate Admissions Academic Year・Semester , tuition refunds will be processed, but the refund amount will vary depending on the timing of the Academic Leave of Absence .
In the case of installment payments: If a Students paying tuition in installments takes a Academic Leave of Absence, Voluntary Withdrawal, or is Expulsion, they must pay the full amount of the remaining tuition.
Processing of delinquents
' Expulsion' processed pursuant to Article 38 of the School Regulations
