MBA Admission Procedure 2026
Step 1
Click here to submit online application
Application fee of Rs 2000/- can be paid by using any of the following modes
Online payment through Net Banking/ Debit Card/ Credit Card.
Sending Demand draft drawn in favour of ‘ Birla Global University ‘ payable at Bhubaneswar.
Step 2
On submission of the application, it will be processed to verify the eligibility of the applicant.
If the applicant found eligible for the selection process then he/she will be intimated about the date and time of the selection process.
Tentative GD/ PI Venues- Ahemdabad, Bangaluru, Bhubaneswar, Chennai, Cochin, Dehradun, Hyderabad, Indore, Ranchi, Kolkata, Mumbai, Patna, Thiruvanthapuram, Pune, and Greater Noida. (Due to Covid19 the PIs may be conducted through virtual mode eg: Skype/Google Meet.
Step 3
Applicant interested to appear for the selection process must carry photocopy of his/her mark sheet of all last qualifying examinations along with GDPI call letter.
Step 4
Applicants appearing for the selection process will have to go through the following steps
Essay on a given topic for about 300 words – to evaluate writing ability.
Group Discussion – to evaluate the team spirit, communication, body language etc.
Personal Interview – to evaluate career objectives, extra-curricular interest, activities, achievement.
Step 5
The candidate will be selected based on the following parameters
Career Performance.
Performance in the selection process.
Performance in CAT/ XAT/ CMAT / MAT / BGU Entrance Examination (BET).
Step 6
University will issue Admission offer letters to the selected candidates.
Candidates within 7 days of receiving the offer letter require to send a confirmation to the university.
Fee Submission: Candidates selected for admission into MBA Program of BGU Bhubaneswar required to submit the requisite fee within 15 days from the date of receiving the offer letter.
Financing of Programs: Students interested to avail loans from any financial institutions like both PSU and privatized banks/NBFCs can produce the required documents from BGU on a priority basis subject to fulfillment of criteria of the financial institutions.
