It is a collaborative effort that involves every member of our community—students, faculty, staff, alumni, and partners. Opportunities for feedback will be regularly provided so that the plan reflects the aspirations, needs, and lived experiences of our diverse campus. The committee will share updates and information on how you can contribute your ideas, ensuring a transparent and inclusive approach to building our future. When Will the Plan Go into Effect? The committee’s work will kick off this academic year, with a draft plan expected by the end of the year. The final strategic plan will be presented to the AUD Governing Board for approval by May 2025, and the official launch of the plan will coincide with AUD’s 30th anniversary in Fall 2025.
