Because each patient’s wounds are unique and symptomatic of a particular underlying disease, we offer a multidisciplinary team to evaluate your wounds, identify, or confirm the underlying cause and assess your risk of disability or limb loss. Our team includes specialists in:

We will work closely with your primary care physician, as well as your home-health provider or extended care professional, to ensure your care is well coordinated.
