If you love animals, are highly motivated, compassionate and devoted to animal care, then a career as a Veterinary Technician may be for you. Trocaire College is ready to give you the knowledge, skills and abilities you need to make it happen.
Our dedicated faculty includes Doctors of Veterinary Medicine and Licensed Veterinary Technicians who have many years of experience in the veterinary profession. You’ll learn directly from these credentialed individuals, as well as have their support and guidance every step of the way as you work toward your degree.
Our curriculum is designed with input from employers, industry experts and scholars. You’ll graduate fully prepared to work in a variety of animal facilities, including private veterinary clinics, research laboratories, specialty hospitals, rehabilitation centers, zoos, large animal clinics, and more.
Students can take advantage of our brand-new state-of-the-art teaching facility, which offers an optimal learning environment. Our new teaching facility is equipped with the latest technology and equipment, including advanced monitoring tools in our surgical suite, digital imaging, and an up-to-date dental laboratory.
Trocaire’s Veterinary Technology program provides you with the ultimate flexibility to fit your preferred mode of learning.
