Stage 6 – Background Investigation
Positions within the Department of Justice and Public Safety are considered “positions of trust”. A thorough background investigation will be completed on selected candidates who advance through the pre-employment polygraph examination. These candidates will be subject to a background investigation through police and court data banks and other sources including, but not limited to, the following:
Criminal Records check
Employment references check
Security clearance check
Police information systems check
*Results of RNC Background Investigations will not be released and remain the sole property of the RNC*
