Fees
Our school fees are set to reflect the high-quality education, facilities, and opportunities at St Mary’s Calne. We are committed to transparency with details of our tuition and associated costs outlined below, reviewed annually by the Board of Governors. We have no debt and pay no rent as we own all of our land. Our buildings are modern and well-maintained.
As a charity, all of our income is invested in the education, facilities and opportunities for pupils at Calne

Payable on registration (non-refundable)
£300 (inclusive of VAT)
Acceptance Fees and Deposits
Please see the Parent / School Contract for information on how and when the Acceptance Deposit and / or the Additional Deposit may be refunded.
Acceptance Fee/Deposit
Payable by the parents of each pupil on acceptance of a place. £900 is the Acceptance Fee and £1,500 is an Acceptance Deposit, refundable when the pupil leaves.

Additional Deposit
Payable in addition to the Acceptance Fee/Acceptance Deposit by parents who are resident outside the United Kingdom. (The amount is one term’s boarding fees, less £1,500 already paid within the Acceptance Deposit).

External Examinations Fee
The cost of all external examinations is levied in advance by the Examination Boards via the school, and all such fees are charged to parents.
The typical charge is in the region of £50 to £200 per qualification.
