Student Life:
At Life Center Academy, we believe that learning happens in and out of the classroom. Our clubs and extracurricular activities are designed to help students discover their passions, build leadership skills, and grow in confidence—all while developing friendships and a deeper sense of community.
Students have the opportunity to participate in a variety of engaging and enriching clubs, including Art Club, Bible Club, Robotics, Theatre, and Sports Clubs. Whether students are expressing their creativity, exploring their faith, solving problems through innovation, performing on stage, or building teamwork through athletics, each activity is rooted in our mission to develop well-rounded, Christ-centered individuals.
Participation in clubs not only enhances the student experience but also helps prepare our students for future success—spiritually, academically, and personally. At LCA, we encourage every student to get involved, step into their gifts, and make the most of every opportunity to grow and serve.

National Honor Society
Life Center Academy proudly recognizes academic excellence and leadership through our chapters of the National Honor Society (NHS) and National Junior Honor Society (NJHS). These prestigious organizations go beyond honoring strong academic performance—they celebrate students who embody the core values of Scholarship, Leadership, Service, and Character. For NJHS members, Citizenship is also a key pillar.
Founded in 1921 (NHS) and 1929 (NJHS), these national organizations have set the standard for recognizing and developing student leaders across the country. Today, over one million students participate in NHS and NJHS chapters throughout the U.S. and abroad.
Membership in NHS and NJHS is both a recognition of past achievements and a call to continued growth. Students are encouraged to lead by example, engage actively in school and community service, and uphold the values that define a Christ-centered life. At LCA, being part of NHS or NJHS is not just an honor—it’s a commitment to making a difference.
Robotics Club
The Robotics Club at Life Center Academy offers students hands-on experience in engineering, coding, and teamwork as they design, build, and program robots to complete challenges. Open to middle and high school students, the club fosters creativity, problem-solving, and innovation in a fun, competitive environment—preparing students for future careers in STEM.
Fine Arts
At Life Center Academy, the Fine Arts Department is a vibrant expression of our mission to nurture students’ God-given talents within a Christ-centered environment. Through our dynamic Art and Theatre programs, students are encouraged to explore and develop their creative abilities while honoring the Lord through their work. Our approach integrates faith with artistic expression, cultivating a supportive atmosphere where students are welcomed, mentored, and inspired to grow both spiritually and creatively. By fostering a community that values artistic excellence and spiritual growth, we strive to equip students to use their creative gifts to glorify God and make a lasting, positive impact in the world.

Each year, our students collaborate to present a spring theatrical production. Past performances have included:

Seusscial the Musical
The Lion, the Witch and the Wardrobe
A Murder is Announced
Pride and Prejudice
A Christmas Carol
Art
Our Arts Department provides students with dynamic, hands-on opportunities to express their creativity and serve the school community. From building props and designing sets for school productions to creating murals and visual projects across campus, our students help shape the visual identity of Life Center Academy. We also support participation in the
Assemblies of God Fine Arts
program at both the New Jersey and national levels through scholarships. Many of our students have earned recognition and awards for their work, making a lasting impact through their artistic gifts.
Worship Team
The Worship Team leads our school community in praise during weekly Chapel services for both Elementary and Upper School. Students serve by singing, playing instruments, and operating sound and media technology. This team offers a meaningful opportunity to develop musical and technical skills while using their gifts to honor God and inspire others.
