Meet The Team - London Academy of Excellence Skip to content ↓ Chrysalis East Meet The Team Meet The Team PROGRAMME Management Programme Management consists of the Director - Helen Drummond; Programme Coordinator - Sarah Holmen; Programme Manager - Micaela Whitely; and Primary School Coordinator - Ally Birchall. This team manages the overall running of the programme. Teaching team Academic activities are planned and delivered by Partnership Teachers. These are teachers based at LAET who are passionate about sharing their subject expertise with pupils from Years 4-11. Overseeing their work is the Partnership Teaching Coordinator, Camilla Stanger. As part of our commitment to attracting new talent to teaching, Partnership Teachers are supported by Teaching Fellows, young people considering a career within education. Our teaching fellows for this academic year are Raima Bari (English), Laur Florea (Maths, LAET alum), Zohana Lauz (Science, LAET alum) and Rihana Ssesaazi (Primary, LAET alum).
