Diversity and inclusion
HM Inspectorate of Probation strives for equity, diversity, and inclusion in all that it does.
We want an environment where all staff are welcome and are supported to achieve their potential, where they feel safe and confident to challenge and contribute to the work we do. We want a network of colleagues who can represent others through personal experience and who understand the world of probation and/or youth justice from both a staff and service user perspective.
We believe we are a stronger organisation when we achieve these things.
