When our friends and loved ones are in the hospital we want to be there, but sometimes circumstances prevent that from happening. Although there may not be enough time to send a card or flowers, there is always enough time to send an email greeting. With the click of the mouse, your eGreeting will arrive in the volunteer office and be cheerfully delivered by a member of our volunteer staff, Monday to Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
At Houston Methodist, patient satisfaction is important to us. We hope that enabling this link between you and our patients will enhance their hospital visit.
