Message from Vice Chancellor
Welcome to the website of Bangladesh University of Professionals (BUP). BUP is one of the leading public universities established on June 5, 2008 with it’s motto "Excellence Through Knowledge". BUP is established in a lush green landscape with own unique features located away from busy life of metropolitan city. The university provides a tranquil, pollution free, secured campus life, with uninterrupted congenial academic atmosphere. BUP welcomes students who will dedicate their attention and devotion to serious academic pursuit to build up better tomorrow for the nation. We are committed to providing high quality education in attaining meaningful benefits for the students. In addition to its fifty-six well reputed affiliated colleges and institutes, the university has five faculties such as Faculty of Business Studies (FBS), Faculty of Security and Strategic Studies (FSSS), Faculty of Arts and Social Sciences (FASS), Faculty of Science & Technology (FST), and Faculty of Medical Studies (FMS). BUP has already commenced MPhil and Doctoral programmes conducted under Center for Higher Studies and Research (CHSR) while its Centre for Modern Language (CML) launched certificate courses in Arabic, Chinese, Turkish, Burmese and French language.
