Accordingly, in response to requests by foreign government agencies, GRIPS has been offering a wide range of training programs in addition to its regular academic programs (masters and doctoral degrees). Since its establishment in 2013, the Executive Development Center for Global Leadership has been providing short- term training programs which meet our mission and needs of public sectors. Each program consists of a wide range of approaches including lectures given by GRIPS professors, site visits, discussions and workshops. From the planning stage, we require our client organizations to clarify subjects and issues of their interest as well as the background of the objectives in order to build training programs better suited to their context. GRIPS has been providing online programs since 2020. Now, there is a growing demand for the face-to-face programs on campus. We will continue to deliver more interactive sessions such as networking, Q&A sessions, and dialogue with GRIPS faculty to meet the needs of participants.
