We pride ourselves in working closely with prospective or returning GU students, and their families to provide the latest information needed to plan and navigate our financial aid services. The staff and faculty at Galen realize that every student has a unique set of circumstances, and we are committed to each GU student’s success.
Eligibility
Galen University has a variety of financial aid programs available to support our students’ goals. Eligibility for these financial aid options is based on financial need and history of students’ academic progress. Each student’s financial aid request is assessed to determine the amount of financial support they qualify to receive. The Finance Office takes into consideration income, personal budget, number of dependents, siblings attending college, and other important factors when approving student funding.
Aid Options
Financial aid include:
STANDARD TUITION RATE for Undergraduate Programs is $400 per credit hour, with current 20% Global Pandemic discount the cost per credit hour is $320. An additional 10% discount is available for students who pay tuition in full within the first two weeks of classes of each semester.
STANDARD TUITION RATE For Masters Program (Graduate) is $750 per credit hour, with current 20% Global Pandemic discount the cost per credit hour is $600. An additional 10% discount is available for students who pay tuition in full within the first two weeks of classes of each semester.
Installment Plans
Installment plans are calculated at the discounted tuition rate of $320 BZ per credit hour for undergraduate students and $600 per credit hour for Graduate students. (Please note that you are still enjoying the 20% Global Pandemic discount)
Student Installment Plans are available to all students who are seeking to complete their studies
Students enrolling with partial scholarships
The installment payment plan carries a maximum of 4 equal payments, with the full semester tuition cleared at end of each semester.
Installment plans are arranged with the Finance Officer.
*Students who opt for an installment plan must arrange a meeting with the Finance Office before the start of the semester.
Requirements:
Confirmed acceptance to Galen University, including payment of the $300.00 registration fee
Meet with a Student Financial Officer to review financial policies and procedures and agree on a payment plan.
Submit copy of valid ID – Social Security or Passport
Proof of address (a current bill- water, electricity, phone, cable, internet, etc.)
Letter of employment from student (If sponsored letter of employment from Sponsor)
Payment Information:
Deposit at bank (proof of deposit must be included in the application package) payment can be made in the following Atlantic Bank accounts:
