The Central Florida Regional Planning Council (CFRPC) is seeking proposals from qualified firms to provide Transit Operations and Management Services for the DeSoto, Hardee, Highlands, and Okeechobee (DHHO) Joint Service Area. The CFRPC will serve as the Community Transportation Coordinator (CTC) responsible for coordinating and ensuring the delivery of safe, cost-effective transportation services for transportation disadvantaged residents.
