Vision
The CU Library provides quality service by creating a learning environment that promotes information competency, academic excellence, committed participation and leadership of its constituencies in a local and global context.
Mission
The CU Library builds resources, provides access to, and instructions in, the use of information resources and services that supports the academic program and the CU community.
Objectives
Since its inception in 1971, the Capitol University Library has been providing vital support to the instruction, research, curricular and academic programs of the institutions.
