Whether you’re looking to lighten your fall workload or accelerate your progress, summer courses offer a flexible way to stay moving toward your goals.
Featured Summer Courses:
Stress Management (KINE 2230)
Examines stress from psycho-physiological and behavioral perspectives. It will afford each student the opportunity to experience various strategies used in coping with stress.
Ethics & Tech thru SciFi (CPST 3100)
Investigate ethical topics through the prism of classic science fiction stories that raise questions and engender discussion of modern philosophical views of human values as they relate to applied technology use.
Holocaust in Film & Literature
(JWST 3440)
Examines the Holocaust from various perspectives, disciplines, and media (including history, literature, and film) to investigate the conditions and limitations of representations of the Holocaust.
Law & Gov't in American Society (GLSP 4350)
Examine the three branches of U.S. Government; assess the interplay between America's legal system and social structure; and analyze the impact of the legal system upon social, economic, and political relationships.
Legal Aspects of Business (BSLS 3400)
Analyze the laws governing various business organizations and relationships, assess the responsibilities of businesses toward their consumers, evaluate the requirements, rights, and obligations that contracts create and more.
Data & Environmental Decisions (MPAD 7420)
Examine the use of data in strengthening the effectiveness of decision-making related to civic sector concerns surrounding the natural environment. Emphasis will be on local and urban contexts, with students analyzing specific cases from New Orleans.

Senior Climate Advisor Stephanie Brancaforte will share her expertise in diplomacy and activism, providing insight into how students can mobilize their education to create social change. She will discuss her experience in peacemaking and climate initiatives across Europe, Africa and the Middle East.
AI: From Code to Consequences

This two-day event is free and open to the public, and will convene experts, thought leaders, and policy planners exploring the multidisciplinary aspects of AI across society, law, science, and policy. Participants will shed light on transformative technologies and how they are fundamentally (re)shaping our society.
Crawfest 2026
Saturday, Apr. 18, 2026 | 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. CST | Uptown Campus
Crawfest returns to campus with live music and unlimited crawfish until it runs out. Students currently registered at Tulane University get a single ticket to Crawfest free of charge. Additional tickets are available for purchase.
