Office of the Bursar and Student Accounts
The Office of the Bursar and Student Accounts is responsible for the assessment, billing, and collection of all student tuition and fees. The Office provides accurate account analysis, maintains financial records, and ensures the integrity of all transactions related to student accounts.
Payments for tuition and fees may be submitted throughout the year via The Loo Portal
(https://theloo.tougaloo.edu/ICS/CRM_Student/Billing.jnz)
, in person, or by mail.
The Bursar’s Office also manages all cash deposits and processes institutional payments on behalf of Tougaloo College. These functions support the College’s commitment to transparent, efficient, and student-centered financial operations.
