Student Grievances and Redressal Cell
Objectives:
The grievance Cell is constituted to deal with the grievances of students. The cell is  established to keep a healthy relationship among the students, staff, parents and management.
The committee meets once a month for the purpose of Redressal of grievance of the students.
Policies of the cell:
Every academic year, in the beginning, the college conducts orientation programme to freshers. In the interaction, the Principal explains the purpose of the grievance cell and how students can avail the services. Accordingly, the following methods are adopted to make students feel free to come up with their grievances and suggestions.
 Complaint box placed in the Principal chamber so that it is accessible to students, staff and parents.
 All the grievances will be registered in a book by the committee and the problems will  be discussed and resolved immediately by the principal and the committee. If needed a  meeting with the compliance will be arranged to discuss and redress the problem.
 There is a provision for students to discuss/write the problem directly with their  mentors. In turn, the mentor would bring it to the notice of the grievance cell and the  Principal to resolve the problems.
 Arrange meetings of the student class representatives with Principal directly to discuss their problems.
 Write their grievance by hand and seek remedies by the principal for each grievance.
