FAQ
What is included in the nightly rate?
Included is a single occupancy guestroom each with a private bathroom and shower, 3 meals per day, meeting space, chapel usage.
Are the rooms air conditioned?
All rooms are air conditioned, except our chapels.
Is the Retreat Center handicap accessible?
Yes, however we have a limited number of handicap accessible bedrooms so please call ahead.
What items do I need to bring on retreat?
The Retreat Center provides linens, towels and guest soap. Please bring your own toiletry items, alarm clocks, etc.
Does the Retreat Center have a dress code?
Dress is casual and modest. It is best to dress in layers as the Seminary can be quite cold and/or hot and comfortable walking shoes if you intend to walk the grounds.
No tank tops, short shorts/skirts, bare midriffs.
Can the Retreat Center accommodate dietary restrictions?
We are happy to accommodate special dietary restrictions. This information must be communicated to us no later than 2 weeks PRIOR to the start of your retreat.
Can we tour the Retreat Center before making a reservation?
We’d be delighted to give you a tour. Please call the Hospitality Office to make an appointment. No more than 6 people on the tour please!
What is your cancellation policy?
For individual private retreats
All deposits are non-refundable
. However, your deposit will be eligible for a
one time transfer
to a rescheduled date within one calendar year.
For group retreats:
All deposits are non-refundable
. However, your deposit will be eligible for a
one time transfer
to a rescheduled date within one calendar year.
Two weeks – 48 hours
prior to the start of the retreat – individuals who cancel with your group are eligible for 50% refund.
48 hours
prior to the start of the retreat – no refunds given.
