Land Acquisition: Land Acquisition Home Close Menu Division of Land Acquisition The Division of Land Acquisition is responsible for coordinating the real estate needs of the DNR, including acquisitions, conservation easements, utility and ingress/egress easements, surplus, encroachments, and property disputes. Land Acquisition works closely with the DNR land-holding divisions of State Parks, Forestry, Fish & Wildlife, Nature Preserves and external partners including land trusts, local parks departments, and nonprofit recreational trail groups.
