Art with your people: Try the new Discover HoMA program
Looking for something fun—and illuminating—to do with friends or family? The new Discover HoMA program is a curated day of art and food for groups of four or more (maximum 15) at the Museum.
For $45 per person, a 60-minute tour of permanent collection highlights and current special exhibitions led by one of the Museum’s expert docents who know all the inside stories. This insightful look at HoMA’s art is followed by lunch at the HoMA Café—the program includes reservations, and you pay for the prix-fixe $36 menu (tax and tip not included). On top of that, the program includes reserved parking!
Discover HoMA is a great option for a hen party, mini reunion, visitors staying with you, staff appreciation outing, or corporate team building. Recently one couple wanted a special way to celebrate their anniversary, so they booked four spots to be able to have the curated experience to themselves.
“We have been developing creative ways for our guests to experience the Museum,” says Kim Hutchison, head of visitor engagement. “Discover HoMA is just the beginning. As we observe how people engage with the program and what their needs are, we will tailor new options to their interests and expectations.”
