MASTER OF REAL ESTATE DEVELOPMENT This is a one-year, STEM-designated innovative graduate program in real estate development, educating skilled changemakers to tackle our most pressing social and environmental challenges. Ph.D. DEGREE A four-year academic program in which students develop the research skills and experience to produce influential scholarship and secure jobs at leading research institutions. CONCURRENT DEGREE PROGRAMS Dual-degree programs with the following other graduate programs on the UCLA campus:  architecture, business, Latin American Studies, law and public health.
