Registering a Foundation
Registered Agents can register a Foundation at the Companies Section of the Registrar General’s Department.
Eligibility
Registered Agents who have obtained their Financial and Corporate Service Providers licensed through the Securities Commission.
Note:
Registered Agents on the Family Islands must be licensed in New Providence.
Process
The applicant completes and files the required documents and information at the Company’s Section of the Registrar General’s Department.

Turn-around time
1 to 7 business or working days.
Deadline
There are no deadline dates for this service.

There is a quarterly registration fee that ranges from BS$500.00 to BS$125.00.
