ADMISSION POLICY
The De La Salle Santiago Zobel School (DLSZ) is a Catholic school. Non-Catholics are admitted provided they participate in all religious activities that are required of the students. No exemption shall be granted by reason of membership in or affiliation with a different religion.
A student’s application will be given due course when the student-applicant meets all the academic requirements and has none of the disqualification prescribed by the School, the Department of Education 2010 Revised Manual of Regulations for Private Schools in Basic Education and the DLSZ Student Handbook as amended and such other rules promulgated by the School.
The school reserves the right at any time to refuse, to admit, or to re-admit students under certain conditions as enrolment in DLSZ is a privilege.
QUALIFICATIONS
Pre-Kinder:
The applicant must already be
four (4) years old by
October 31, 2026

(Those who are born in November 2022 onwards will not be allowed to apply for Pre-Kinder for AY 2026-2027.)
Kinder:
The Kinder applicant must already be
five (5) years old by
October 31, 2026

If born in

, the Kinder applicant must already be five (5) years old by
December 31, 2026
AND:
Must have completed an Early Childhood Care and Development (ECCD) program (i.e. with certification) OR
Must have undergone the Early Childhood Development (ECD) Checklist during the Admissions period c/o DLSZ
APPLICATION AND ENROLLMENT SCHEDULES FOR AY 2026-2027
Application period for PRE-KINDER is from January 5, 2026 to May 31, 2026.
Application period for KINDER is from December 1, 2025 to May 31, 2026.
Application period may be extended or closed depending on the availability of slots.
Regular onsite enrollment for incoming Pre-Kinder and Kinder is on April 13, 2026 (Alabang campus).
Regular onsite enrollment in Vermosa Campus for incoming Pre-Kinder and Kinder students is on April 22, 2026.
Onsite enrollment may also be done for Vermosa students at the Alabang Campus on the assigned date per level.
Classes for Pre-Kinder and Kinder will start tentatively on June 18, 2026.

Important: All application requirements are to be uploaded to the DLSZ Admissions Portal. All submitted documents (digital or physical) in compliance with the application requirements shall become the property of DLSZ and are NOT to be returned to the applicant.
Procedure
Online Application
Fill out and submit the online application form via the DLSZ Admissions Portal – (https://admissions.dlszobel.edu.ph).
Application and Testing Fee Payment
Pay the non-refundable application and testing fee of PHP 1,000 (for Filipinos and international applicants) onsite at our DLSZ Alabang Campus Accounting Office or online through https://pay.dlszobel.edu.ph/.
Upload the proof of payment (i.e., photo of official receipt or screenshot of online payment) to the
DLSZ Admissions Portal.
Requirements Submission
– Download the following DLSZ forms from the
DLSZ Admissions Portal

Waiver for Non-Catholics (if applicable)
Declaration of Student’s Pre-existing Condition(s) Prior to Admission
– Upload the accomplished DLSZ forms and all other application requirements to the
DLSZ Admissions Portal

– For Kinder applicants only: Download the DLSZ Recommendation Form from the
DLSZ Admissions Portal
and send it to your child’s current guidance counselor/class adviser (i.e. recommender) who knows your child well enough to accomplish the form and fill out the necessary information. The recommender will be the one to send the said form directly to admissions@dlszobel.edu.ph.
Important: Only applicants who have the complete application requirements will be scheduled for an entrance exam and will be sent a test permit via the registered primary email.
Entrance Test

and take the test as scheduled.

Check the application result online on the date stated in the test permit through the

* Important: Telephone inquiries regarding the application results will NOT be entertained. Parents of accepted applicants should confirm enrollment on or before the dates indicated in the Acceptance Letter.

b) (1) Copy of the valid Philippine passport OR (2) Copy of Identification Certificate as Filipino/Certificate of Recognition as Filipino Citizen/ Naturalization Certificate as Filipino (Note: As a general rule, dual citizens are classified as Filipinos upon submission of any of the two proofs of Philippine citizenship stated above as mentioned in www.immigration.gov.ph.)
2×2 ID photo (recent, close-up, with white background) for uploading in the portal only
Proof of Application and Testing Fee payment (Official Receipt or via DLSZ pay)
For Kinder only:
DLSZ Recommendation Form* accomplished by a teacher/counselor (from AY 2025-2026) and sent directly via email to admissions@dlszobel.edu.ph. Only the Admissions Office personnel can mark the recommendation form as done/complete.
For Kinder only (optional): Report card or progress report for AY 2025-2026 (with grades for at least one quarter/term at the time of application) – front and back with name of student, grade level, and school logo.
*Note: All requirements (except for the Recommendation Form) are to be uploaded by the applicant’s parents directly to the DLSZ Admissions Portal.
Additional Application Requirements for International Applicants
Copy of Birth Certificate from the Office of the Civil Registry of the respective country of birth, translated into English, or Embassy Certificate of birth details
Copy of Valid Alien Certificate of Registration (ACR I-card) issued by the Bureau of Immigration (front and back)
Copy of Valid Passport (photo page)
Copy of Valid Passport (latest VISA page) and, if available, other valid Visa Identification document e.g. Special Investor’s Resident Visa (SIRV), Special Resident Retiree’s Visa (SRRV), PRA
*Note:
All international students admitted to DLSZ must have a valid visa or permit to study as mandated by the Philippine Immigration Law.
Tourist Visa and Balikbayan Visa holders are required by the Bureau of Immigration (BI) to apply for a Special Study Permit (SSP). DLSZ will provide assistance in the processing of the SSP once the applicant is confirmed for enrollment. For questions/clarification, you may email internationalstudents@dlszobel.edu.ph.
Important: This set of procedures is only applicable to applicants who passed the application and testing phase.
All accepted applicants who are in the Philippines are highly encouraged to confirm and proceed with their enrollment ONSITE. New students who are abroad during the pre-enrollment and/or enrollment period will be allowed to make online payments of the Development Fee, tuition, and other fees.
All submitted documents in compliance with the pre-enrollment requirements shall become the property of DLSZ and are NOT to be returned to the applicant.
FAILURE TO CONFIRM ENROLLMENT WITHIN THE GIVEN TIME FRAME MAY FORFEIT THE APPLICANT’S ADMISSION TO DE LA SALLE ZOBEL SCHOOL.
Procedure
1) Pre-enrollment Forms Submission

a) Affidavit of Undertaking (AU) b) Development Fee (DF) Form c) For International students: International Student Form (ISF)
Have the AU notarized.
Upload the photos of the notarized AU and signed DF Form to the DLSZ Admissions Portal (
https://admissions.dlszobel.edu.ph
).
If applicable, upload the following:
a) For accepted applicants who came from schools abroad: authentication certificate or apostilled school records
b) For International students: Accomplished International Student Form (ISF)
2) Development Fee (DF) Payment
Pay the DF onsite at our DLSZ Accounting Office or online through
https://pay.dlszobel.edu.ph/.
a) For Filipinos and Dual Filipino Citizens: PHP 50,000.00
b) For International students: USD 2,000.00 (As per the DLSZ Admissions Policy, all pre-enrollment and enrollment requirements of international students must be submitted/settled onsite.)
Note: The Development Fee rate will be based on the citizenship of the applicant at the time of the confirmation of enrollment.

3) DLSZ Family Portal
Check the primary email address used at the start of the application for an email on how to access the DLSZ Family Portal.
Important:
During regular onsite enrollment period, the following may be done on the same day as the onsite payment of the Development Fee – enrollment, payment of tuition and other fees, securing of vehicle stickers, inquiries about books, uniforms, etc. Please ask our Admissions Office Personnel for assistance.
The Development Fee is a one-time, non-refundable fee used for the school’s various capital improvements and maintenance projects. Only Filipino students will be given the option to pay the development fee in either two or four installments.

As per the DLSZ Admissions Policy, all pre-enrollment and enrollment requirements of international students must be submitted/settled onsite.

Email a copy of the enrollment proof of payment to admissions@dlszobel.edu.ph and studentaccounts@dlszobel.edu.ph.
Submission of Final Documents
To be officially enrolled, submit the complete enrollment documentary requirements stated in the AU to the Registrar’s Office (Alabang or Vermosa). For incomplete documents, submit the original physical copy of the notarized AU.
Requirements
The following physical enrollment requirements must be submitted to the Registrar’s Office in either Alabang or Vermosa Campus on or before August 31, 2026:
1. Original Copy of Birth Certificate issued by the Philippine Statistics Authority or its equivalent if the student is born abroad.
2. For Kinder only (optional): Original Final Report Card of the current level for AY 2025-2026 signed by thr School Head/Registrar which indicates the level completed and the level the student is eligible for admissions to.
