Human Rights Center
The UNIST Human Rights Center has established and operates a human rights management system to ensure that the human rights of UNIST members are respected and protected, and provides safe and reliable relief procedures in the event of human rights violations. Furthermore, to foster an organizational culture that embraces diversity, it conducts human rights Academics, respect culture campaigns, and publishes Newsletter . In the event of various human rights violations, such as sexual harassment, workplace bullying, and abuse of power, it protects victims and recommends appropriate measures against perpetrators through counseling, investigation, and deliberation procedures.

Facility Introduction
Establishment and operation of a human rights management system
We promote human rights management initiatives based on the Human Rights Management Declaration.
We inspect the status of human rights risks and violations and reflect the results in institutional improvements.
Conducting human rights impact assessments and human rights surveys
We identify potential human rights risks and blind spots in advance.
We investigate members' experiences with organizational culture and human rights violations to utilize the findings for policy formulation and institutional improvement.
Provision of remedies for human rights violations
We provide counseling and conduct investigations regarding human rights violations, such as sexual harassment, sexual violence, workplace bullying, and abuse of power.
It determines whether human rights violations have occurred and decides on protective measures for victims and measures against perpetrators through the operation of an independent deliberation committee.
