Vision
OPEAR will lead COM in developing a culture of inquiry and evidence-based decision-making
and policy formation by facilitating increasing levels of data accessibility and utilization
as well as action-oriented research in support of student success.
Mission
OPEAR is committed to providing accurate, timely, and relevant information and data
analysis to both internal and external constituents in support of all planning and
decision-making activities of the college.
