Gritman Medical Center is a patient-centered, nonprofit critical access hospital. We serve patients with advanced technology, compassionate service and exceptional care from our growing campus in Moscow and regional network of clinics in Moscow, Potlatch, Kendrick and Troy.

Gritman at a Glance
Provides 24-hour emergency and surgical care, comprehensive diagnostic imaging, critical care, family birth services, pediatric care, nutrition counseling, therapy programs and additional services.
Operates a same-day, walk-in clinic — Moscow Family Medicine QuickCARE
Offers six regional primary care clinics: Moscow Family Medicine Downtown, Moscow Family Medicine Westside, Gritman Internal Medicine in Moscow, and family medicine clinics throughout Latah County.
Operates specialty care clinics in Moscow including Gritman Orthopedic Surgeons, Gritman General Surgeons and Gastroenterology and an Interventional Pain Clinic – as well as clinics focusing on podiatry, sleep and urology.
Partners with other regional hospitals to provide oncology, neurology, ENT and audiology services through Palouse Specialty Physicians.
Latah County’s largest private employer, more than 700 people support patients and the community as members of the Gritman Family.
Providers and staff at our Family Birth Center deliver more than 300 babies each year.
Our providers see more than 150,000 patients each year, including more than 10,000 visits to our Emergency Department.
Gritman is led by more than 150 physicians and allied health professionals qualified in a wide variety of specialties
Gritman maintains a Health Care-Associated Infections rates of 0.1%, well below the national average of approximately 3%.
Uses the latest technology including the Da Vinci Surgical System, Velys Robotic-Assisted Solution, Zeiss Kinevo 900 Neurological Microscope, O-Arm Multidimensional Surgical Imaging System with Navigation and Stealth, Depuy-Synthes, Brevera 3D Stereotactic Biopsy, Olympus 4K Ultra High-Resolution Surgical Video and Novodaq Spy Elite Microvascular Intraoperative Imaging.
