Health and Fitness Centre
Our Health and Fitness facilities at our Lowestoft and Great Yarmouth Campuses include two fully-equipped fitness suites with state of the art Pulse Fitness equipment, a modernised multi-use sports hall, studios and therapy rooms.
The fitness facilities are completely free to use for students and staff from both campuses once a valid PAR-Q form and induction have been completed. Both sites accommodate this policy along with instructor and tutor expertise, new changing/shower facilities and optional fitness programming.
