Welcome
With over 30 years of experience mentoring medical students and residents, I can confidently say there’s nothing more rewarding than helping shape the next generation of compassionate, skilled physicians.
As a new program, we’ve had the opportunity to build something intentional from the ground up, focused on evidence-based medicine and the development of well-rounded, community-minded doctors.
Our first class begins training in July 2026. At CRMC, you’ll join a supportive hospital culture that puts patients first. We offer a robust educational experience in a setting small enough to know you personally.
Residents here are respected, heard, and included in shaping the program. We foster collaboration and trust, which we believe are essential for meaningful learning. Our team-based approach, including multidisciplinary rounding, ensures both high-quality care and practical education.
