In order to apply, please read through the next steps carefully and complete the check list. Click here Step 1: Create a Parent Portal and complete Ursuline Academy’s Online Application Once submitted, please allow 1-2 business days for your application to process. You will receive an email confirmation once your application checklist is made available to you. Step 2: Record Submission If you currently attend a public school or are homeschooled: Submit records through the Parent Portal: Parents will make a request on behalf of their daughter to submit records to Ursuline Academy through their school's registrar. If you currently attend a Catholic grade school: Submit the Archdiocesan Online Transcript Request Form (TRF): The TRF allows for the official records from Catholic Grade Schools to be sent to the student's first-choice high school. This form must be completed between October 1st, 2025 to November 9th, 2025 Step 3: Register for the Placement Test Ursuline Academy will be holding a Placement Test on Saturday, November 15th, 2025. Please register for the Placement Test through the Parent Portal. If you have a conflict on this date, please reach out to Mrs. Emily Valencia, Director of Enrollment, at evalencia@ursulinestl.org If you have an Individualized Learning Plan (IEP), a 504 Plan, and/or a Psychoeducational Evaluation, please submit that as soon as possible directly to Mrs. Emily Valencia ( evalencia@ursulinestl.org ) for review. In order for your daughter to receive extended time at the Placement Test in November, all updated evaluations must be submitted by Wednesday, November 12, 2025 for review. Step 4: Register for Cocoa & Conversation Interview Registration for student interviews will be sent out mid-November 2025. You will schedule your interview for the evening of either December 9th or December 11th, 2025 Step 5: Reach out to our Director of Enrollment, Emily Valencia , if you have any questions throughout the process! Important Dates: Aug. 29, 2025 -- Ursuline's application for the 2026-2027 school year opens. Oct. 1 - Nov. 9, 2025 -- Submit Online Transcript Request Form (TRF) Nov. 15, 2025, 8:00 AM - 11:00 AM --- Placement Test Dec. 9 and Dec. 11, 2025 -- Applicant Interviews will take place. Dec. 31, 2025 -- Aid Applications due (top tier financial aid packages are awarded to families who apply before this date) Friday, Jan. 30, 2026 -- Acceptance Day & Celebration Reception!
