ASUN is committed to its mission of providing accessible, affordable, innovative learning
opportunities that transform lives and strengthen the regional communities.  Critical
to this mission is ensuring student success through data informed decision making,
which includes monitoring student outcomes that indicate success.  ASUN has developed
the Data Dream Team with a mission to review data related to equitable outcomes for
all populations, identify gaps in student success for marginalized populations, and
communicate student stories with the institution at large.  We consistently review
student outcome information to help inform process and policy at the institution.
ASUN invites the regional community and other stakeholders to share in reviewing this
data as well with the dashboards and reports found below.
Enrollment Dashboard
The enrollment dashboard allows ASUN to look at access to the institution.  We want
to ensure that the demographics of our students match the demographics of the geographic
areas we serve to ensure equity for all populations.  We look at access through the
lens of race/ethnicity, gender, and age.  This dashboard shows enrollment trends as
well as demographics for each term at ASUN as well as enrollment by program. This
dashboard is updated each term.

Credentials Dashboard
The credential dashboard allows us to review credentials awarded as well as the demographics
of completers.  The data dream team looks at credential demographics to ensure students
from all populations served are completing.  This dashboard is updated annually in
the fall and includes information on completions and completers at ASUN. It has equity
filters for race, gender, age, and can also be viewed by program.

Outcomes Dashboard
This is a comprehensive dashboard pulling institutional data from the NCES IPEDS database
and is updated as collection periods close.  It includes completions data, employee
data, enrollment data, financial aid data, outcome data, and tuition data for all
IPEDS reporting institutions in the state of Arkansas.  It is specifically filtered
for ASUN outcomes data to show a trend analysis of retention, graduation, and transfer
out rates as defined by IPEDS reporting.
