As a leading financial institution, RBFCU can help you implement financial education in any setting for your students, staff or community center participants. We offer a variety of FREE in-person and virtual classes to help participants achieve financial
freedom. Presentations can be customized to meet your group’s specific needs and are available in Spanish upon request.
Financial Education Courses
With a wide variety of financial education courses available, our Financial Education Team is sure to have a presentation to fit your needs. Groups of at least 15 students or adults can take advantage of free lessons tailored to their attendees, including
four of our most popular topics.
Saving and Investing
This session discusses the difference between saving and investing, compounding interest and several types of investments that can build your financial future.
Credit
This session explains the pros and cons of borrowing, the cost of credit and why credit history is important.
Financial Services
This session reviews the advantages of using a financial institution, explains how checking and savings accounts work and highlights additional account features.
Money Management
This session demonstrates the benefits of using a spending plan, the importance of saving and how to identify and reduce “spending leaks.”
