Media Requests
All media requests for information or interviews must be requested through our Director of Communications.

Media Badge Requests
To request a media badge, please complete the
Credential and Access Request for Media
form
and submit it to our media relations team via
email
.
Once submitted, an authorized representative from the Indiana Department of Administration (IDOA) will review your request and forward it to the Access Control Office upon approval.
Access Control Office Hours:
Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM – 3:30 PM.
When picking up your badge, please bring a valid
driver’s license
or
state-issued ID
for identity verification. You will be required to sign for the badge, and a staff member will take your photo at the time of issuance.
Badge Fee:
$10
Please note, payments are accepted in
cash
or
check
only. Credit and debit cards cannot be processed at this time.
