Going PRO Talent Funds
Formerly known as the Skilled Trades Training Fund, the Going PRO Talent Funds program
provides competitive awards to employers for training leading to increased employee
productivity, and increased competitiveness of Michigan businesses. CPD is a longtime
training partner with Michigan Works!, business, and industries statewide.

Corporate Training
CPD delivers business and industry clients effective workforce development tailored
to meet their specific needs. With a resource base that spans Ferris State University,
CPD offers wide-ranging employee development services that includes both focused,
individualized training courses and comprehensive employee development strategies.
CPD uses only well qualified instructors to carry forward the Ferris philosophy of
practical and applied learning into the workplace. Training can be delivered on-site,
on-campus, or through other creative formats.

Mini MBA Management Development Program
The Mini MBA Management and Leadership Development program is ideal for business professionals
who seek to effectively refresh their skills and knowledge in current management and
Leadership practices. The Mini MBA will also provide employees, whose talents have
promoted them into a management track, an applied understanding of business concepts
and practices that can help them succeed as leaders. Experienced College of Business
faculty will lead your participants through this comprehensive and highly customizable
