Join the Library - Glasgow Life Join the Library Join Glasgow Life Libraries Membership is free and open to everyone that lives, works or studies in Glasgow. You can join in person or online and enjoy exploring our books, ebooks, audiobooks and much more. There are two ways to apply for your membership Join the Library Online You can apply for a temporary membership and start exploring our eLibrary right away. You'll have access to eBooks, audiobooks, eMagazines, eResources, and much more. You must then visit a Glasgow Life Library within 28 days to upgrade to a full membership by bringing proof of address. Apply here Join in person at one of our libraries You can apply in-person at any of our libraries with proof of address which can be one of the following documents: Utility bill Official letter received by post Rental contract Any official correspondence Driving licence (We are happy to accept proof shown on your phone) Find your nearest library Why should I join Glasgow Life Libraries?
