(Endless Possibilities in Change) Conference. The Office of Counseling and Wellness Services aids in the development of the whole student. Professional counseling services help students learn to resolve personal difficulties and acquire healthy coping skills and knowledge that will enable them to better take advantage of all campus life experiences. The Office of Counseling and Wellness Services offers free and confidential individual and group counseling on an as needed basis as well as referral services to outside counseling agencies if necessary. She is a Licensed Professional Counselor Supervisor with over two decades of work experience providing therapeutic services to children, adults, and families. Nieshia earned her Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Alabama at Birmingham (UAB). She earned her Master’s degree in Counseling from Jacksonville State University. She earned her Educational Specialist degree in Clinical Mental Health in the Spring of 2017. She is currently working on her Doctorate in Educational Leadership at Jacksonville State University.
