We offer a robust benefits package designed to support the health, well-being, and financial security of our employees and their families. Benefit options include medical, dental, and vision insurance, along with life insurance and both short-term and long-term disability coverage. These plans provide essential protection and peace of mind, helping employees care for themselves and their loved ones while planning confidently for the future.
All full-time and part-time employees are eligible to participate in the company–sponsored 403(b) savings plan, which includes a generous company match.
Children of GAC employees enrolled at GAC are eligible for a tuition discount (remission) based on the employees’ position held and their total hours worked annually.
All employees, both part-time and full-time, who are working at lunchtime on school days have full access to this program at no out of-pocket cost. This benefit allows employees to “dine in” at one of GAC’s dining halls.
GAC promotes the health and well-being of employees and their family members through preventive care. An annual physical is paid 100% by the company medical plan every 12 months.
With employee wellness in mind, the refreshed Spartan Fitness Center is open exclusively to Faculty and Staff. Recent updates include an improved layout, refreshed equipment organization, and the addition of new fitness machines, including Peloton Treads and Bikes, to support a wide range of workouts.

provides onsite after school childcare for K3-5th grade students during the school year.
Summer Camp
Summer Camp
is offered during June and July for the care of children, which provides engaging and fun activities. Employees with children enrolled at GAC receive a 25% discount on the Summer Camp program.
