The Facilities Maintenance Department is comprised of 13 maintenance employees and 5 utility maintenance employees.
We receive approximately 8,000 work orders per year. All work orders are prioritized by safety, emergency, demand, routine, preventative and project work. We attempt to maintain a work order backlog of less than 300.
The Maintenance Department Utilizes Contractors for:
Boiler and burner preventative maintenance and repairs.
Chiller and other cooling equipment preventative maintenance and repairs.
Elevator and dumb waiter preventative maintenance and repairs.
Energy management systems preventative maintenance and repairs.
Fire alarm preventative maintenance and repairs.
Snow plowing and salting.
Sprinkler systems preventative maintenance and repairs.
Projects in excess of $10,000.
