Transfer GPAs are considered for students with 24 or more earned credits. High school
GPAs are used for all other new students. All GPA levels are set by the first day
of classes each semester. If final documents are received after this day, the level
of scholarship awarded will not change.
Students are locked in at their level of scholarship once they are a DSU student;
they will not be able to move between scholarship levels.
This waiver cannot be combined with the DSU Theodore Roosevelt Honors Leadership Scholarship
but may be combined with other forms of institutional waivers and DSU Heritage Foundation
