Take Interstate 94 west to Sauk Centre (exit #127).
Turn left onto Highway 71.
Turn west (right) onto Highway 28. Watch closely for this turn!
Continue west on Highway 28 to Morris.
Turn south (left) onto Highway 59.
Turn west (right) onto Prairie Lane at the University of Minnesota sign.
Turn north (right) onto Alumni Drive, proceed to the North parking lot to reach the Welcome Center.

Take Interstate 94 east to Fergus Falls.
Take exit #61 for Highway 59 to Elbow Lake.

Turn north (right) onto Alumni Drive, proceed to the North parking lot to reach the Welcome Center.

The Morris campus has ample free parking conveniently located around the campus perimeter. Unless you’ve been given other instructions,
locate a parking lot
and park in a visitor spot. Note: you will need to call Public Safety (
320-589-6000
) and notify them per the instructions on the visitor spot signs.

During the school year,
Morris Transit Service
stops on campus on-the-hour and is an inexpensive way to make your way around the Morris community.
Fares are $1.50
Monday through Friday from 6 a.m. until 6 p.m.
From campus or if scheduled two hours in advance.

Monday through Friday from 6 p.m. until 10 p.m.
All day Saturday, Sunday
Or if not scheduled two hours in advance.

Jefferson Lines is a regional bus service that travels to a variety of destinations in the midwest. The nearest station is located in Alexandria. For information on schedule, station locations, and buying tickets,

Traveling to the Twin Cities
Weekend Twin Cities Shuttle
The Morris campus contracts with a local bus company to offer weekend shuttle rides to the Twin Cities area of Minneapolis and St. Paul. This service begins operating during the fifth weekend of the fall semester and continues through the academic year. The shuttle does not run during winter break or summer.
