Our team manages and maintains the college’s technology infrastructure, providing essential services that enable learning, research, and administration. Mr. Earnest L. Mitchell, III currently serves as the Associate Vice President of Information Technology, overseeing all technology operations across the campus. In this role, he ensures seamless support for students, faculty, and staff, while managing network security, LAN and WAN configurations, and all other technology-related initiatives that drive the institution’s digital infrastructure. Our Mission To provide reliable, secure, and innovative technology solutions that empower education and foster a connected campus community. What We Do Network & Connectivity : Maintain campus-wide internet access, Wi-Fi, and secure network systems. Technical Support : Offer helpdesk services for hardware, software, and account issues. Cybersecurity : Protect college data and systems through security monitoring and best practices. System Administration : Manage servers, databases, and enterprise applications. Classroom & Learning Technology : Support smart classrooms, online learning platforms, and instructional technology. Hardware & Software Management : Oversee procurement, installation, and maintenance of devices and licensed software.
