The CSCU Chancellor has announced the launch of a national search for the next President of Charter Oak State College (COSC), Connecticut's only public online college.
ACCESS
Debt-Free Tuition (PACT)
CT State offers funding that covers the gap between federal and state grants you receive and community college tuition and mandatory fees. Entry into the program is on a first-come, first-served basis. Tuition-Free funding is only available to qualifying students for the first 72 earned credit hours.

Enrollment Rising
Enrollment is on the rise for the fourth straight semester across CSCU’s institutions. During the Fall 2025 semester, CT State, the four CT State Universities, and Charter Oak State College saw a 7% boost in student enrollment.
