Purchasing, accounts receivable and payable, receiving orders, collections, asset controls, employee expense reports, campus budgets and reporting, tuition and fee payments, financial aid disbursement, and fiscal auditing are among the numerous functions of the Business Services Department. Business Services Hours Monday through Friday 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Closed on weekends and holidays. Hours are subject to change due to staff availability. The Business Office Service Window is where students can make payments for tuition and related college costs such as official transcript fees, submit tuition deferment forms, and receive financial aid disbursements. The Business Office Service Window, Room 138, is located in the north end of the main campus building.
