Admissions Process - Oberoi International School INQUIRE Admissions Process At Oberoi International School, we understand the importance of finding the right school for your child and we are here to support and mentor you as your child starts their educational journey. OIS welcomes all families who identify with our vision, mission, and philosophy to be a part of our inspiring educational journey. OIS has an “all round the year” admission process which means students can enroll at any time during the school year. Seats are, however, subject to availability. OIS follows a paperless application process which begins with prospective families filling out an initial inquiry form showing their interest in the school. Invitation for Application Shortlisted parents will receive an application invitation. Allocation of campus is done at this stage. By applying parents agree to their application being considered to the campus mentioned in the invite. Complete Online Application Form Parents will receive the application form via email after the application fee payment only. OIS follows a paperless application process, the required documents include: School reports of the last three years (if applicable) Birth certificate of the child Passport sized photograph of the child and both the parents Aadhar Card (for all applicants residing in India) First and last page of the Passport of the child and both the parents Relevant certificates regarding any medical concerns; and documents related to special learning needs (if applicable) Schedule Assessments/ Interactions Upon successful submission of the application form, parents will receive communication from the admissions department detailing the interaction schedule and next steps in the process. Admission Offer The admissions process is designed to identify students and families who are in sync with the philosophy of OIS. The admission decision will be conveyed by email. Admission Criteria For Nursery, a child should be 3 years of age as on December 31 of the academic year in which the parents are applying.
