Transacting with MPA
To transact with the Maritime and Port Authority of Singapore (MPA), a customer will need to first open an account with us.
An MPA account will be accompanied by complimentary access to
digitalPORT@SG
TM
to facilitate customer’s adherence with statutory and regulatory requirements, and for operational and financial transactions.
As part of our eco-office efforts, customers with access to
digitalPORT@SG
TM
will have access to electronic copies of invoices and monthly statements of accounts.

To open an account, please submit the following forms and documents:
Account Opening Form
Interbank GIRO Form (.pdf, 1 MB)
e-Guarantee-Template (.pdf, 99 KB)

MPA’s accepted payment methods for all customer transactions are interbank GIRO and electronic payments (such as PayNow, credit cards, eNets and bank transfers).
