The Infertility Treatment Leave system is available to both female and male employees who are experiencing difficulties conceiving.
Through leave of absence, we provide
personalized medical care and treatment for infertility
, while simultaneously supporting parents struggling with infertility to find
psychological stability
without experiencing stress.

Article 17 (Special Leave) of the Employment Regulations
Target
Faculty & Staff(male and female) who wish to take leave to receive infertility treatment, such as artificial insemination or in vitro fertilization
Content
3 days of annual leave provided (first day is paid)
application
Portal
→ Login → HR/Payroll → Working Hours/Leave → Leave Request Menu → Leave Type: Infertility Treatment Leave → Online Application
Supporting documents: Attach documents proving the fact of receiving infertility treatment, or documents proving the fact of treatment after infertility treatment.
