Currently on view:
"Goodhue County Cooperative Creamery"
The local creamery was an especially important part of the rural economy. As farmers expanded their output of milk and cream, creameries played an important role in getting the raw product made into butter and cheese for sale to the public. Creameries used stoneware crocks, churns, and other items to advertise their products. See the role that the Red Wing clay industry played in the success of the local creamery.
